As we stand at the gate of a new year, we remember the words shared by King George VI, drawn from a poem by Minnie Louise Haskins:
“Go out into the darkness and put your hand into the hand of God.”

when the way is clear and when it is uncertain,
when joy comes easily and when courage is required.
May God grant you light for each step,
strength for each challenge,
peace in every season,
and hope that carries you forward.
